Many things in life affect our health – from the foods we eat, the environment, or a gene in our DNA. But the bottom line is that all illnesses/problems start in the mind because negative thoughts are poison to your internal and external world. The root of the problem is in the mind, and starts with an undigested idea, what you could call negatively charged thought-energy.

An undigested idea is one that was not properly analyzed, classified or understood. This misunderstood thought lingers inside you like a splinter in your toe as you keep walking around life unaware. This activates a response in your emotional body, which sets your mood, and then develops an specific and ongoing emotional state. At this point, and depending on the particular thought, you start “feeling” a variety of emotions like depression, anger, frustration, jealousy, anxiety, etc. If the root of these feelings does not get addressed and is not processed, understood and archived properly in your mental files, they won’t be mentally digested. The undigested mental energy will then manifest in the physical body as a disease, perhaps and infection or some pain, etc.  If it this process becomes a habit and the disease becomes chronic, well, you guessed it: Sicknesses like cancer happens.
