They are the “mini me” of trees, and the green cousin of the cauliflower. That’s right, it’s the one and only: Broccoli. Some call broccoli “vegetable royalty”. Many people go on either detoxes or weight loss diets but it’s important to know that these need to go together. Now more than ever, we must detox before we intend on losing weight. We are living in a very toxic era, with loads of environmental pollutants and toxins in the foods we consume. For people on a Western diet who eat animal products, they are ingesting daily toxins from all the chemicals, hormones, and pharmaceuticals that the animals is fed.
