Episode 6: A Spiritual Lifestyle

What is spirituality? Is it the same as religion? How does our idea of what it is  help us lead better lives? We always say that spirituality is the foundation of health. In this episode, we share why it is a lifestyle rather than a one-off practice. Read More…

Law of Gender: The Union of Male and Female Energy

Universal Laws explain natural behavior and the creative process, how things come to exist.

Rhythm, Polarity and The Mind: Universal Laws Work Together

Universal laws & Nature

Movement is all around us – and it is also within us. With change as the only constant, we are in a continuous state of transformation. The Winter and Summer Solstice as well as the Spring and Fall Equinox are some of these. These dates mark the beginning and end of a season, as well as either the darkest or lightest day of the year, or a day in which we have the same amount of light (daytime) as dark (nighttime). The psychological effects of light cycles are well documented, and it is no coincidence that ancient cultures as well as religions aligned their celebrations with these specific portals of energy.
